Best Ever Coconut Syrup
I’m not kidding! My favorite daughter, Deena has shared this amazing Coconut Syrup Recipe with me a couple of years ago.
Oh MY, I dare you not to try it. It didn’t sound good to me, but I finally tried it and I’M HOOKED, I think you will be too! Did I say how easy it is to make.

Seriously this is the Best Ever Coconut Syrup. Your family is going to love it, I know mine does.
This coconut syrup is good on almost anything. Use it in place of honey butter on biscuits or waffles, warm cake, or even on fruit.

Recipe type: Syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup white Karo syrup
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
- Heat the first 3 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a slight boil.
- Boil for about a minute then remove from heat and add coconut extract and mix well.
- Pour into a squeeze bottle and cool.
- Place in the fridge overnight and the next morning you will have the best pancakes and syrup you’ve ever had.
This syrup is good on almost anything. Use it in place of honey butter on biscuits or waffles and french toast. How about warm cake instead of frosting, you get the picture. Use it as a dip for fresh fruit. Coconut syrup would be good on just about anything. We love it on our Buttermilk Pancakes, shown in the photo’s.
