Today I’m sharing a really delicious Italian dish, Beef Rigatoni. You know how I love Italian food. It’s a dish that really doesn’t take much time to prepare. Just brown your ribs and place them in the oven and come back in a few hours and mix cook your pasta, remove meat from the bone, and mix it all together. As most of my Italian meals, I just add a salad and Viola! Dinner is ready. You will not believe how much meat you get from these little spear ribs. The one thing I would advise is, don’t use cooking wine! I don’t drink wine, but I do get a good red wine, it doesn’t have to be expense.
