I’m not one to get up and have a big breakfast, but need something to get my day going. Smoothie’s fit the bill for me. They’re quick and healthy. The fun thing is that you can add whatever fruit or yogurt you have and viola, you can have a different one each time. But for the month of March, this one is a little bit of chocolate, a hint of mint with a taste of banana. The perfect Saint Patrick’s Day Breakfast.
