Welcome to Friday Follow Up Utah
and Features and Welcome 2014!
Did you have fun bringing in the new year? This year we watched it on T.V. The first time in a long time we’ve done that, but it’s been such a busy two months, I was totally okay with that! I am ready for things to slow down and have some home time.
I really enjoyed sharing the state of Utah with you. If you have never been, please put it on your bucket list, you won’t be sorry. I say “what a beautiful state” every time we sight see.
Temple Square is located in beautiful downtown Salt Lake City. Temple Square is the most popular tourist attraction in Utah.
Don’t even get me started about Southern Utah, where we live. There is beauty all around us. These are some of the place right by us that we play most often. There are three main reservoirs in the St. George area for boating and other water sports, Sand Hollow State Park, Gunlock State Park, and Quail Creek State Park, which is my favorite.
Here’s another pictures of Quail Lake with some of our grandkids. We make lots of memories boating, one of our favorite activites. This is Quail Lake where we go just about every day off from May to October. It’s only about 15 minutes from our house.
Four-wheeling is another of our favorite activities, in Southern Utah you won’t find prettier sand. There are a couple of places to ride your ATV’s in this beautiful, coral colored sand, The Pink Corals Sand Dunes and The Hurricane Sand Dunes at the southern end of Sand Hollow State Park.
