delicious, easy meal for company.

Ingredients
6 Center Cut Pork Chops
2 egg
2 Tbs. Evaporated Canned Milk
1 to 1 1/2 pkgs. Club Crackers
Whip egg in one bowl and add the milk.
The secret for your breading to stick on the meat is the canned milk, regular milk is to thin.
I use my chopper to make cracker crumbs and place in another bowl.
Dip both sides of pork chops in egg mixture,
then both sides in the crackers crumbs.

Heat canola oil in skillet at medium high heat. Add prepared pork chops and cook till golden brown on both sides.
Remove and place in a covered oven dish and place in 325* oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

Remove and Serve.

I have been making these forever, except I use an egg instead of the canned milk. All of my family know when "Aunt Ruth" makes her mouth watering pork chops. Very delicious..

I hardly leave a response, but I glanced through a few
remarks on Breaded Pork Chops – Memories By The Mile. I actually
do have a few questions for you if you tend
not to mind. Could it be only me or does it give the impression like a few of these comments appear as if
they are coming from brain dead folks? :-P And, if you are posting
on additional sites, I’d like to keep up with you. Would you list of the complete urls of
your social pages like your linkedin profile, Facebook page or twitter feed?

I have been browsing online more than 4 hours today, yet
I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me.

In my view, if all website owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the web will be a lot more useful
    than ever before.
