A visit to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon
We have lived in Southern Utah for almost 9 years,
we finally made it to the Grand Canyon!
Isn’t it funny how when you have time off
you go somewhere else,
instead of enjoying what you have in your
We had company over Thanksgiving and spent one day
at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon!
The words that comes to mind are
AND BREATH TAKING!
It made me think of LAND BEFORE TIME.
This is Angel’s Window,
from here you can see the Colorado River.
In the top right of this picture you can see the Colorado River,
it is 207 river miles from Lake Mead
and the western end of the Grand Canyon.
Geologists estimate that it has taken less than
5 or 6 million years to carve this
Grand Canyon and create this
I know the pictures don’t do it justice, but I hope you enjoy them and if you ever get a chance to go there, don’t pass it up.
